We meet at the train club’s location in the mall about 11:00 am. Jess and Frank can give a presentation about the 2023 convention. However, they will probably not be able to give a video presentation as there are no facilities to support this. Also, there are few chairs so most attendees will be standing. I’ll encourage attendees to bring a show and tell if they want. The train club will operate their layout plus there are a number of model railroad items on display.
After wrapping up, attendees are on their own to buy lunch at the mall’s food court and Bill and I will host layout tours.

We will view the club's N scale modular layout in operation and talk with the club members about the construction and operation of the layout. There is another N scale layout plus a number of model railroad items on display. Several members of the NMRA Arizona Division team who are organizing the 2023 convention in Flagstaff will be there to talk about the convention plans and answer questions.
Lunch: For lunch, we will walk to the food court. Attendees can choose from a variety of food vendors for lunch items.
Layout Tours: After lunch, Bill Winans and myself will host layout tours. We will have maps and directions for those who want to go on the tour.
