Registration Instructions

Register for the PSR 2023 Convention Event and include the Grand Canyon Railway Excursion

Click on the Register (Individual) button to enter your information in the registration form.

Select the New option on the form for registering for the convention.
Select the Additions option on the form when adding items to your initial convention registration.

An option in the form allows you to opt out of the Grand Canyon Railway Excursion. Registering for both will save time and result in a single bill to pay. If you opt out of the Grand Canyon Railway Excursion, you can register for the event by following the instructions below.

Click on the Register (Individual) button to enter your information in the Grand Canyon Railway Excursion event form. Use this registration if you only want to take the Grand Canyon Excursion event, or you previously opted not to include this event at the time you registered for the convention and you would like to add it now.

Payment Options

PayPal - Allows you to use your PayPal account or a major credit card. A confirmation email is sent to the email address used to register for the convention or register for the GCR Excusrion.
Offline Payment - Allows you to pay by check. Once the registration is accepted, you will receive an email with instructions on the amount you owe and where to send the check.

Box Lunch is $20 each. There may be box lunches still available, Check when you make your reservation.
All adult passengers (not youths or infants) must pay a $15 park entrance fee which is discounted for the PSR from the regular $20 National Park Service Fee. In lieu of the fee a Valid Park Pass permits up to four adults to enter the park at no fee. Valid Park Pass Cards are entitled America the Beautiful and include Annual Passes, Senior Annual Passes, Senior Lifetime Passes, Access Passes, and Military Passes. Providing the card type and card number on the registration form will permit up to four adults to ride the train at the stated fare. Without a valid card number, a discounted fee of $15 will be added to each adult (not youth) passenger fare.

Riordan Mansion Tour-- Built in 1904 for two Riordan families, Riordan Mansion is an impressive reminder of gracious living in a small, territorial logging town. The historic building is an Arizona treasure — a remarkable example of Arts and Crafts style architecture featuring a rustic exterior of log-slab siding, volcanic stone arches, and hand-split wooden shingles. The expansive home has forty rooms, over 13,000 square-feet of living area, and servants' quarters. The Riordan residence was designed by the creator of Grand Canyon's El Tovar Hotel, Charles Whittlesey.

Bearzona -- Bearzona invites guests to drive into the largest ponderosa forest and witness animals in natural habitats - all from their own private vehicle or motor coach. Drive through as many times as you would like fefore leaving the park. There is no re-entry once you exit the park. Drive through the Arizona wilderness viewing our varied collection of North American animals from the comfort and safety of your vehicle. Get up close to these otherwise elusive animals during your three mile drive at your own pace. After you Drive-thru, more animals are exhibited in Fort Bearzona, a beautiful 20 - acre walk-thru area, along winding paths which is more of a "zoo" typesetting.

Bearsonia Model Railroad

The Gift shop features an HO scale train layout of the Williams and Grand Canyon area. The Structures were all bult by Col. Jim Garvey and are mangificent. Most buildings have fully detailed interiors and contain scenes reminiscent of events at the Canyon. This a stop will worth adding to your Layout!

Jan 19, 2023	Hotel room reservations may be made in the date range for the convention of June 7 thru June 11 only. Any reservation outside of this range must be made separately at the then current Drury rate.
